"mountain ambient" is .foundation's debut drone release. The project initially began with foundation I, an experimentation pulled from a lofi hiphop project that inspired a series of other "foundations". Each one strives to be rich, textured, and meditative. An expansive sonic universe exploring itself as much as offering ideas to the listener. Sometimes, a foundation is used to create something new, earning itself a name. Other times, it's left as it is.

.foundation represents the guiding hand behind this process, as it's taken on a life of its own.

"mountain ambient" stands as a tribute to the meditative power of mountains within the mind.
